International customers:
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Please contact us for other locations.
PLEASE NOTE: Lower Forty Farm does not collect or remit customs duty, VAT taxes or handling fees to foreign countries on behalf of our customers. Shipping is calculated by weight to cover Lower Forty Farm's actual shipping cost. We do not charge handling fees, etc.
RETURNS POLICY
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. For any item you believe is defective, please provide pictures. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please note: tampering with or destroying a product voids refunds and returns.
Return Authorization required! You may return most new, unopened items for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund with a Return Authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items returned after 30 days of delivery, "Return to Sender" packages, or orders returned without prior authorization may not receive a refund.
Important Return Instructions:

Protect Fragile Items: Carefully wrap all fragile products and aquarium plant bases in protective cushioning like bubble wrap, using original packing materials whenever possible.

Use Sturdy Packaging: Ship items inside a strong outer box. We highly recommend reusing the original shipping box and packing materials.

Damage Policy: Returns must arrive in resalable condition. If items are damaged in transit due to poor packaging, a refund will not be issued.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). International order returns will take longer for your package to be received, but it will be processed immediately.
